Adjudicator Nomination

Prior to embarking on adjudication, AICA recommends that you:

Ensure there is a ‘construction contract' and a dispute
Establish whether an adjudicator or ANB is named in your contract
Make sure your case is adequately prepared or at least well advanced
Serve notice on the other party of your intention to refer the dispute to adjudication

Complete and return the AICA application form together with the AICA nomination fee to AICA

The AICA nomination fee is £300 (free for NSCC Specialist Contractors)
